Why are your clothes priced the way they are?

Our outfits come with 1.5-2 inches of margin built in, allowing for comfortable movement and growth so your baby isn't restricted by their clothing. The extra margin also makes it easier to adjust the fit as your child grows. We use 100% cotton lining throughout — we sell comfort, not just clothes.
What type of lining do you use?

We use 100% cotton lining in all our outfits at Fairy Frills. Cotton is hypoallergenic, breathable, and gentle on sensitive skin, making it ideal for babies and toddlers.
What sizes are available?

Fairy Frills outfits are available in sizes from 0-3 months to 15-16 years, so you'll find the right fit as your little one grows. Each outfit includes a 1.5-2 inch growth margin for flexibility.
Do you offer mother-daughter matching outfits?

Yes! Fairy Frills specialises in mother-daughter twinning sets. We offer matching outfits for moms and daughters across birthday, ethnic, and festive collections.
Can I customize an outfit?

Yes, it's fully customizable! Whether you want a specific shade, a colour combination, or something completely unique, our team can bring your vision to life. How should I wash customized, hand-painted outfits?

Hand-painted customized outfits should be dry cleaned to preserve the design and maintain the quality of the artwork. Dry cleaning protects the delicate hand-painted details and ensures your custom piece stays beautiful for years to come.
What is the delivery timeline, and is speed delivery available?

Since every outfit is handcrafted specifically for your order, standard delivery takes 15-20 days across India (PAN India). Need it sooner? We also offer a speed delivery option for Rs. 650, so your little one's outfit can be ready in time for that special occasion. Reach out to us on WhatsApp to check the best timeline for your order. Ready-to-Ship items are the exception — those dispatch within 24 hours since they're already made.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Our outfits are crafted specifically for each child rather than produced in bulk, which is why we don't offer COD on custom orders. A 50% advance secures the booking, and the balance is payable before dispatch.
What's the difference between "Ready to Ship" and regular orders?

Ready to Ship items are pre-made and dispatch within 24 hours — no waiting for stitching. Regular orders are handcrafted especially for you and follow our standard 15-20 day delivery timeline.
Can I see what a dress looks like on before I order?

Yes — try our Virtual Try-On feature to preview how a design looks before you buy.
Can I add a personalized story with my order?

Yes! On select products, you can add a one-of-a-kind personalized fairy tale story featuring your child's name — a keepsake to go with the outfit.
Is gift wrapping available?

Yes, gift wrapping can be added as an option during checkout on eligible products.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Digital Wallets, processed securely through Razorpay. Your payment information is never stored on our website.
